@AStateSoccer Set to Host Annual Winter ID Camp

JONESBORO, ARK. (1/23/20) – The Arkansas State soccer team is set to host its fifth annual Winter ID Camp for Girls. The camp will run on Feb. 22, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Indoor Student Activity Center.

This camp is targeted for girls in grades 7-12 who are interested in competing at the collegiate level. Over the past 4 years, the Arkansas State soccer program has added multiple players to its roster through the ID camp process.

In 2019, Arkansas State played to its best season in program history, as it finished with an 11-6-4 record. The squad also made a splash through post-season action, as it advanced to the Sun Conference Championship match, for the first time in school history.

The day will consist of technical activities conducted by the A-State staff and progresses to small sided games and will finish with full-field 11v11 games. The camp is limited to 32 field players and 6 goalkeepers. There will also be a Q+A session with the staff and current players.

This camp will provide prospective athletes with a great opportunity to get to acquainted the staff and to tour Arkansas State facilities.

Registration is available at https://www.redwolvessoccercamps.com/id-camp-for-girls.cfm.
