A-State Adds Eanae Dagons to 2026-27 Squad

JONESBORO, Ark. (4/22/25) – Arkansas State women's basketball head coach Destinee Rogers announces the addition of junior guard Eanae Dagons through the transfer portal.
 
"I am so excited about E!" Coach Rogers said about the new addition, "She is a dynamic point guard that knows how to win. She will be explosive and so much fun to watch. Our fans will love her!"
 
Dagons was a standout freshman at East Arizona College for the 2024-25 season, earning First Team All-Conference and First Team All Region accolades. Dagons averaged 8.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. Her sophomore season saw her average 10.2 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.8 steals per game as she was named Second Team All-Region and NJCAA DI National Championship Tournament All-Tournament Team.
 
Dagons brings experience and winning expectations to the Red Wolves after playing a key facet of the Gila Monsters' first NJCAA DI national championship I program history. Dagons prepped at Desert Vista High School out of Phoenix, Arizona before attending EAC.
