JONESBORO, Ark. (1/31/20) – In observance of National Girls and Women in Sports Day (NGWSD), which is on Wednesday, Feb. 5, Arkansas State is offering an opportunity to be a "junior" member of the game day staff at A-State's next women's basketball home game on Saturday, Feb. 15 versus Texas State.
Girls ages 7-13 can sign up for this opportunity, with those selected receiving free tickets for them and their family to attend the game. Registration opens Friday, January 31, at 3 p.m. at this link. Jobs will be assigned the day of the game.
The 34th-annual National Girls and Women in Sports Day is a national observance celebrating the extraordinary achievements of women and girls in sports.
