JONESBORO, Ark. (2/22/26) – Arkansas State track and field looks to reclaim the men's and women's indoor track and field conference crowns on Feb. 23-24 at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Competition begins on Monday at 10 a.m. inside the Birmingham Crossplex, and the ESPN+ broadcast will begin at 3 p.m. Action resumes on Tuesday at 10 a.m. and the ESPN+ broadcast will open at 12:30 p.m.

THREE THINGS TO NOTE:
CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS ON THE LINE: Arkansas State travels to Birmingham, Ala., to participate in the 2026 Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 23-24 inside the Birmingham Crossplex. It will be the Red Wolves' 35th appearance at the event, and the program looks for its 22nd and 23rd Sun Belt Conference team titles. A-State men's and women's track and field last won conference titles as a team in 2024.
LAST TIME OUT: Several Red Wolves established career bests and moved into the program's indoor record book at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Boston), Don Kirby Invitational (Albuquerque), and Music City Challenge (Nashville).
Sheldon Richardson (200 Meters),
Parker Noffz (Mile),
Syriah Boyd (400 Meters),
Mia Conroy (800 Meters) and
Omar Hussein (Shot Put) improved their standing or moved into the A-State indoor top 10 for their respective events.
INDOOR SEASON RECAP: A-State track and field has won nine event titles over the course of the 2026 indoor season. The Red Wolves won four event titles in throwing events, three in jumping events, and the final two were split between hurdles and jumps.
Kamil Przybyla and
Mia Conroy lead the Sun Belt in the men's and women's 800 meters and place inside the top three in program indoor history for the event.
