FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (5/28/26) – Junior jumps athlete
Kiara Strayhorn recorded the highest finish on Thursday while four Red Wolves recorded strong performances in Arkansas State track and field's second day of action at John McDonnell Field.
Strayhorn recorded a 6.27m (20-7.00) long jump and placed at 18th in her NCAA West First Rounds debut.
Carly Pujol placed at 21st with a height of 4.08m (13-4.50) in the women's pole vault and
John Carswell posted a 5.07m (16-7.50) mark to claim the 20th spot on the men's side.
Selase Sampram recorded a 15.67m (51-5.00) mark in the women's shot put to finish in the 23rd slot.
