Four-year volleyball letterman (1975-78) who was on ASU's first-ever women's volleyball team . . . team leader on squad which posted a 53-0 conference record in the Arkansas Women's Intercollegiate Sports Association . . . overall team record during her tenure was 117-37 (teams went 25-6, 34-12, 25-8, 33-11) . . . individual statistics were not kept during those early years . . . acclaimed by Arkansas Democrat Gazette to be strongest player in state during the 1970's . . . also lettered during 1974-75 basketball season - ASU's first-ever women's team . . . averaged 8.7 points and 10.3 rebounds . . . prior to ASU career had been a starter on the U.S. Junior National Women's Volleyball Team that won a Gold Medal in Canada in 1974.Â
