Hall of Honor
A part of four consecutive Sun Belt Conference championships, Lauren Fair Harmon proved to be the most dominant volleyball player in the league during her time at Arkansas State. She was a two-time Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year, earning the honors in 1995 and 1996. She was also named to All-Sun Belt Conference Tournament team in 1995 and 1996 and was the tournament's MVP in 1995. She tied an ASU record with 27 kills against UALR on November 9, 1993, was a member of the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner's List and was the 1996 recipient of the Terry Gwin Award.
